Return Policy

At SOURCE UK, we offer a 14-day return window. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please log in to your account using the same email address used at checkout. Navigate to the My Account page, select the Orders tab, and click Return Request next to the relevant order.

Complete the return request form and our team will respond within 1–2 business days. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that all items must be returned to our warehouse and returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please submit an exchange request via your account so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you may return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
